The job hunt today

It shouldn't be this hard to get noticed.

You've heard it all before. Tailor every resume. Network harder. Just keep applying. We think there's a better way — one that respects your time and actually works.

The old way

Hundreds of cold apps. Zero replies.

  • Resume gets filtered out by ATS keywords
  • Same generic cover letter, twenty times a week
  • Recruiters ghost after the screen
  • "We've decided to move forward with other candidates"
The Rounds way

One profile. Roles come to you.

  • Show real work, not a resume
  • Get evaluated on what you can actually do
  • Recruiters compete to place you
  • Free for BobaTalks members — always
How it works

Three sips, that's it.

From signup to signed offer — Rounds handles the noise so you can focus on the work that matters.

The fine print

Questions, answered honestly.

If you've still got more, ping us in the BobaTalks Discord and someone from the team will get back to you.

Is this really free for the BobaTalks community?

Yes — completely. Rounds is free for all candidates, and as a BobaTalks community member you'll get prioritized access on top of that. No tricks, no upsells.

What kinds of roles can I get?

Most opportunities sit in engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market. Rounds works with high-growth startups (many YC-backed) and larger Fortune 500 companies. Roles range from new-grad through senior IC.

Do I have to be technical?

Nope. While Rounds started with engineering, the network has grown into design, product, business, and operations roles too. If you're not sure your background fits, sign up anyway — there's no harm in a profile.

How is this different from LinkedIn or a job board?

You don't apply to roles — roles come to you. Instead of resume keywords, Rounds uses real work samples and structured AI-allowed work trials. Recruiters in the network actively compete to place you with the right team.

What does my BobaMentor have to do with this?

Nothing changes there — your mentor is still your mentor. This is an extra resource the BobaTalks team negotiated for the community, layered on top of everything you already have access to.

How long does it take to get matched?

It varies. Some folks get reached out to within days; others take a few weeks depending on the roles open and how specific your goals are. The more detail you share in your profile, the better.
