About Eragon
Eragon’s core thesis is that companies should own their intelligence, rather than being trapped inside one provider’s models, pricing, and privacy terms. The product is a model router that routes across 450+ models (open and closed source), hostable anywhere (locally, in the customer’s own cloud, or elsewhere), giving full control over analytics and how AI is used across the org. It is a chat interface plus an easy way to launch enterprise agents that can do real work (pay an invoice, go hire someone). Backed by a16z Speedrun, Soma Capital, Axiom Partners, AltaIR Capital, and Beat Ventures. The company is a global one, selling worldwide, with about 100 customers from seed-to-Series-B names like Corgi and Slash up to larger enterprises like Deel, Prodware, and other public companies. They have deployed engineers on-site with customers globally (most recently two engineers for a week in Abu Dhabi, also France and elsewhere), and they have a company apartment to help relocate new hires into the city.

About This Role

Eragon’s founders currently manage executive-level customer relationships and customer deployments themselves. This hire will help turn promising customer use cases into practical, measurable deployments while bridging customer needs, technical product capabilities, and the Eragon team.

You’ll lead customer discovery, identify workflows suited to agent-based automation, coordinate context, tools, and integrations, and guide testing, rollout, feedback, and adoption. The primary spike is owning the path from an ambiguous customer problem to a validated deployment, while documenting repeatable patterns and surfacing product gaps or risks.

What You'll Own

  • Lead discovery into customer processes, systems, goals, and constraints.
  • Identify workflows that are good candidates for agent-based automation.
  • Coordinate setup of relevant context, tools, and integrations with customer and Eragon teams.
  • Define success measures and validate results against representative tasks.
  • Guide testing, rollout, user feedback, and adoption.
  • Document repeatable deployment patterns and surface product gaps or risks.
  • Manage executive-level customer relationships and connect customer problems to product capabilities.
  • Bridge go-to-market and technical deployment in an early, broad business role.

Technical Requirements

  • Comfort learning new software, APIs, and enterprise workflows.
  • Ability to speak credibly about the product’s technical language without needing to be a deeply technical engineer.
  • Experience with AI products, automation, or enterprise integrations is a plus.

Execution and Ownership

  • Break ambiguous customer problems into clear plans and adapt when circumstances change.
  • Drive business leaders and technical teams toward decisions.
  • Use sound commercial judgment to assess where value is created and what will move the needle.
  • Own customer-facing deployment work from discovery through rollout and adoption.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, analytical environment.

Background

  • Track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems in strategy, finance, operations, or another rigorous, deadline-driven setting.
  • Three to six years of experience is specified for the role.
  • Former founders with experience building a business, creating pipelines, hiring, and running revenue are especially relevant.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience, including work with senior stakeholders, is another relevant background.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI products, automation, or enterprise integrations.
  • Former-founder experience building and operating a revenue-generating business.
  • Consulting experience with high-level client exposure.

Who Will Thrive Here This role suits a customer-facing operator who can move comfortably between executive conversations, technical deployment details, and hands-on execution. Former founders and people who enjoy turning ambiguous problems into practical, measurable outcomes will be especially well matched.
