The founder currently handles inbound sales calls, customer onboarding, customer check-ins, conference activity, and related growth work. 10x Dental needs its first non-engineering hire to take ownership of leads and create repeatable growth capacity so the founder can scale outbound, marketing, and the broader company.
The Growth Lead will learn the founder’s current sales and customer workflows, close inbound calls, then build outbound acquisition channels, partnerships, and growth systems. The primary spike is high-agency company building: turning an early referral-driven sales motion into repeatable inbound, outbound, and partnership growth while solving operational bottlenecks. The JD also calls for internal-tool building and workflow automation, including vibe coding.

Who Will Thrive Here A resourceful, persuasive builder who wants to help create a company rather than operate within a fixed sales role. The strongest fit will combine commercial judgment with operational detail, learn directly from the founder, move quickly through ambiguity, build tools and systems without waiting for permission, and view equity as part of a founding-team opportunity rather than optimizing only for commission.
